Norwegian Acquires B737 NG FTD-2 From MPS
Multi Pilot Simulations (MPS) has been contracted by Norwegian, to deliver an MPS B737 NG FTD-2, which will be installed in the Flight Training Center at Gatwick Airport in the UK.
SIM4U Acquires A320 FTD From MPS
Multi Pilot Simulations MPS (MPS) has entered into an agreement with SIM4u Aviation Services in Berlin to build and install an MPS A320 FTD. This advanced Fixed Base Simulator will also be installed at SIM4u’s facilities in Berlin. MPS already supplied a B737 FSTD to SIM4u’s current Training Center.
MPS Contracted to Deliver A320 FTD at Virtual Aviation Flight Training
Ryanair became the first customer to take delivery of MPS FMS training systems. They will be installed at their East Midlands and Stansted training locations. The MPS FMS trainers will greatly help Ryanair pilots to prepare for their simulator training.
FTEJerez to Operate MPS A320 FTD
Multi Pilot Simulations (MPS) has entered into an agreement with Flight Training Europe Jerez, (FTEJerez) to operate an A320 FTD from their Flight Training Centre in Jerez, Spain. FTEJerez will use the A320 FTD in its future Type Rating and MPL courses.
Skyborne Acquires B737 MAX FTD From MPS
Multi Pilot Simulations (MPS) has been contracted by Skyborne, a new airline pilot training academy based in the UK, to deliver the world’s first fixed-base B737 MAX simulator for its new, state-of-the-art training center at Gloucestershire Airport. This B737 MAX simulator has already been certified by the Dutch CAA at its production facilities in the Netherlands.

At APATS 2018, the acting EASA manager of Flight Crew and Medical, Mr. Daan Dousi, announced that they will support the task to tool analysis that will allow significant extended use of MPS FTD-2 devices during Type Rating training.

AFG Orders A320 FTD From MPS
Multi Pilot Simulations MPS (MPS) has entered into an agreement with Avenger Flight Group (AFG) to build and install an MPS A320 FTD. This advanced fixed base Simulator will be installed at AFG’s training Center in Fort Lauderdale. MPS’ already supplied two FTD’s to AFG’s training Center in Dallas and Las Vegas.
MPS DC-3 Simulator Certified as FTD-2
The DC-3 simulator of Multi Pilot Simulations b.v. (MPS) was certified by the Dutch CAA on behalf of EASA as an FTD-2. The DC-3 simulator was previously certified as an FNPT II. The device has the highest EASA certification level that is possible for a Fixed Base Simulator (equivalent to FAA Level 6/7) and is the only certified DC-3 simulator in the world.
MPS Increases Production Capacity
MPS opened a fourth production hall, which substantially increases the company’s production capacity. With this expansion MPS currently has over 40,000 square feet of production space both in The Netherlands and Germany. The new production hall includes wet and dry cleaning rooms and a state of the art spray booth.
OSM Aviation Academy orders B737 FTD from MPS
Multi Pilot Simulations MPS (MPS) has entered into an agreement with OSM Aviation Academy (OSMAA) to build and install an MPS B737-800W FTD. This advanced fixed base Simulator will be installed at OSMAA’s training Center in Vasteras Sweden. MPS’ existing B737 FNPT-II/ MCC simulator will be moved by MPS to the new training facility of OSMAA in Norway.
Ryanair Partners with MPS to Innovate Training
Ryanair and MPS have partnered to develop “controlled training” on the MPS FTD’s for Ryanair crews to train without instructor supervision.
Ryanair Orders 10 Additional Simulators From MPS
Ryanair Ltd. has ordered ten (10) additional B737 NG Fixed Base Simulators from MPS. These additional Fixed Base Simulators will be installed at Ryanair training facilities in Bergamo, Stansted and Madrid and at other locations throughout the base network.
